Q: When will my item ship?
A: Your item will ship within 1-5 business days. Please note that shipping may take longer during release weeks.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: We do offer local pick up. These orders must be within an hour of US zip code 30809. Any one who chooses this option and lives outside this range willl automatically have shipping fees added to their order. Because of COVID-19 this option is contact free. These packages will be placed outside of the location within 24 hours of your order and an email will be sent with instructions for pickup. This option is not insured and therefore we are not responsible for lost packages and can not reimburse you.
Q: Can I add on to a current order?
A: Unfortunately not. While we would love to be able to do this, it is not feasible and can quickly lead to incorrect or missing items in your order.
Q: Is _________ sold out forever?
A: We base reorders on stamp popularity. Because we have to place a minimum order with our manufacturer, it is not always possible to reorder stamps.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the world and our pricing is calculated automatically for shipping to your location from Evans, GA, USA.
Q: There was a mistake with my order!
A: We're human and we make mistakes. If you have an error in your package please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix it for you! All errors must be addressed within 30 days of ordering.
Q: What do I do if my stamp is defective?
A: Please email a picture of your stamp and your packing slip (included in your package) to email@example.com and we will exchange your item. To receive an exchange defective stamps must be reported to us within 90 days of ordering.
Q: What are your hours?
A: For customer service and shipping we work M-F from 10 AM - 6 PM EST and Saturday from 10 AM - 2 PM EST. However since our business is sporadic you may see an email response or social media posting outside of these times! We like to shake things up!
Q: Can I have a discount?
A: Make sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our mailing list to be alerted of any sales!
Q: I found your stamps on a counterfeit site such as AliExpress or Wish.
A: Please don't purchase from anyone other than sassyandcrafty.com! Counterfeit stamps are low quality, don't stamp well, and not worth the price. Buying our stamps from a counterfeit website could potentially put us out of business. If you have seen what you feel to be counterfeit stamps please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Q: Will you sponsor _____________?
A: Please email all sponsor or gift requests to email@example.com. We can not guarantee that we will be able to sponsor but we would love to hear more about your event or organization!
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
