COVID-19 Policies

COVID-19 is a current global pandemic that is affecting people across the world. It is our intention to keep our customers and ourselves safe during this time. Because of this we have implemented a stringent product handling policy and it may cause delays up to two weeks for us to physically ship your product from the time of order.

We ship our product from Evans, GA, USA. Georgia is currently still in a stay at home order. Only one person handles our product from the time of delivery, inventory, throughout to shipping to you. These packages are then picked up the next day by the postal carrier before going on through the postal system to you. No shipping can occur on the weekend due to this procedure. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be picked up by the mail handler until Monday afternoon. By limiting the amount of contact that this keeps you as safe as possible.

While you may see your order marked as shipped, this only means that we have paid for shipping as part of an automatic system and that your item may not ship for up to two weeks due to the high amount of orders being handled by one person.

International orders may take several months for them to get to our customers. We are not responsible for delays in the US Postal system and highly suggest these customers choose UPS or DHL on checkout instead. Unfortunately when shipping takes longer, we can only provide the tracking information and can not estimate when it will reach you.
