Spread joy not germs official blog hop

Posted by Amy Hurley-Purdie on

Welcome to the Spread Joy Not Germs special blog hop hosted by Catherine Pooler and Hedgehog Hollow! Thirty-one companies are participating with more than 50 prizes and over 150 crafty bloggers all coming together to help spread a little joy one card at a time!

We decided to share with you the very first sneak peek of our May release stamp set Chronic Pain Warrior. (It will be released May 1st)
We know now more than ever how important self-care is especially right now. If you have chronic pain, an illness, or you are just sheltering in place to keep yourself healthy it's all self-care! Taking care of yourself is important!

We felt inspired to create a set that would cheer on those with chronic illness or pain. We know there is a growing number of people with chronic illnesses within our crafting community who find crafting a joy, and temporary relief from pain. Hopefully, this set will inspire you to create a card for a special someone that might just need a little extra encouragement.

We love the sentiment on this card because who doesn't want support for couch resting and PJ wearing!

I used the flower stamp to create handmade flower embellishments for the card.

I love the bright pink and black with the yellow-green together. I used Copics to color the zebra and added a few buttons to tie it all together.
Zebra - C1, C3, C5, C7, C9, 100
Flower - C1, C2, C3, YG00
Blanket - RV06, RV09, Prismacolor pencil
