Layered Fall Stencil Cards

Posted by Amy Purdie on

I am so excited to for our NEW OCTOBER RELEASE to come out on October 2nd!
I am even more excited about our first Layered Stencil!
I designed this stencil so you can use all 3 stencils to created a layered, pattern effect on your projects. What is really cool is that you can use them together or seperately!

The Layered Fall Stencil has 3 stencils with 3 different patterns.
Leaves, Acorns, and Hearts!
Layer one on top of another and you get a complete pattern that is all ready lined up for you to make the perfect patterned paper! Here I used it to create a pretty fall patterned paper for the bottom half of my card.

I used Distress Oxide Mustard Seed all over my white cardstock.
Then I layed down the leaves stencil and used a combination of Distress Oxide Spiced Marmalade and Candied Apple for the leaves layer.
Next I layed down the Acorn stencil and used Distress Oxide Vintage photo to complete my Acorns. Last I layed down my Heart stencil and added my hearts using Distress Oxide Spiced Marmalade . I made a couple of straight small lines over the leaves and acorns with a colored pencil to add more detail.

Here are some great samples where I have just used the Leaf Stencil on it's own. I used Distress inks for the background and a Gel Press.
(I also used We are Family Sentiment stamp set)

For this one I just used the Leaves Stencil, Deco Foil Transfer Gel, and Deco Foil Gold foil paper. (For my card I also used A Huge Thank You sentiment stamp set)

For my last card I used just the Hearts and some Distress inks in Tumbled Glass, Worn Lipstick, and Twisted Citrone.
(For the card below I also used Comic Book Circles Stencil, and Sassy Girls - Sing stamp set)

I hope you loved my samples for our NEW Layered Stencil set as much as I did! Be sure to check back in our store on
When our NEW OCTOBER RELEASE goes live!

Have a Sassy & Crafty Day!
